Description

β€’ Work closely with the VP of People Experience and HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective learning and talent management programs. β€’ Create learning content and programs leveraging various delivery mechanisms. β€’ Conduct needs assessments and gap-analysis to determine appropriate learning solutions. β€’ Develop, execute, and evolve enterprise-wide learning programs. β€’ Own the talent management and performance management processes. β€’ Provide partnership to HR Business Partners on strategic talent priorities. β€’ Collaborate with department leaders to develop customized training materials and programs. β€’ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements. β€’ Develop and deliver manager-specific training programs and workshops.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field. β€’ Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Familiarity with compliance training and organizational development strategies. β€’ Strong ability to conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into training and development programs. β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
