Description

• Work closely with the VP of People Experience and HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective learning and talent management programs. • Create learning content and programs leveraging various delivery mechanisms. • Conduct needs assessments and gap-analysis to determine appropriate learning solutions. • Develop, execute, and evolve enterprise-wide learning programs. • Own the talent management and performance management processes. • Provide partnership to HR Business Partners on strategic talent priorities. • Collaborate with department leaders to develop customized training materials and programs. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements. • Develop and deliver manager-specific training programs and workshops.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field. • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with compliance training and organizational development strategies. • Strong ability to conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into training and development programs. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
