β’ Work closely with the VP of People Experience and HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective learning and talent management programs. β’ Create learning content and programs leveraging various delivery mechanisms. β’ Conduct needs assessments and gap-analysis to determine appropriate learning solutions. β’ Develop, execute, and evolve enterprise-wide learning programs. β’ Own the talent management and performance management processes. β’ Provide partnership to HR Business Partners on strategic talent priorities. β’ Collaborate with department leaders to develop customized training materials and programs. β’ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements. β’ Develop and deliver manager-specific training programs and workshops.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field. β’ Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Familiarity with compliance training and organizational development strategies. β’ Strong ability to conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. β’ Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into training and development programs. β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
