• Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards! • We're a rapidly growing workforce solutions provider in the healthcare industry. • Deliver tech-enabled services that help healthcare organizations meet and manage contingent labor needs. • Foster an entrepreneurial culture valuing innovative thinking and creative problem solving. • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in Locum Tenens staffing. • Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review performance metrics. • Assist in driving individual and team performance to meet and exceed performance metrics. • Review reporting to facilitate effective meetings, guiding decision-making. • Discuss the well-being of your team members to foster a positive environment. • Clearly communicate expectations for alignment with company goals. • Respond thoughtfully and promptly to team and client inquiries. • Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining an active recruitment desk. • Be an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with team members, clients, and clinicians. • Utilize strategic thinking for effective problem-solving and driving improvement. • Optimize processes, technologies, and desired outcomes in Locum Tenens staffing. • Set and track goals with your team for consistent progress. • Take on additional duties to support team growth and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted) • Direct relevant experience managing a recruitment team within the Locum Tenens staffing industry • Proven success in a metrics driven environment • At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
