• National Recruiters are primary contact for thousands of nurses • Responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing • Selling available contract healthcare jobs nationwide • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals • Proactively source applicants for open positions • Maintain professional relations with nurses and clients • Negotiate placement packages with Nurses • Provide clear details and critical timeframes for proposals • Retain current working clinicians
Requirements
• High School or GED required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • High performer energized and motivated by competition • Goal driven enjoying financial rewards in selling • Track record of success achieving established goals • Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office • Flexibility, innovation, assertiveness
