• National Recruiters are primary contact for thousands of nurses with Jackson Nurse Partners • Responsible for aggressively sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and selling healthcare jobs • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and weekly key metrics • Proactively source applicants and maintain professional relations with nurses, clients, and team • Negotiate placement packages including compensation and housing allowances • Communicate effectively with sales team and nurses about negotiations • Provide follow-through and maintain ongoing contact with travelers on assignment
• High School or GED required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • High performer energized and motivated by competition • Goal driven and enjoys financial rewards of selling • Track record of success achieving established goals and production targets • Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment • Maintains a positive attitude under pressure • Flexible, innovative, but assertive • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office • Strong verbal and written communication skills
