• The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. • This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. • The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience with-in healthcare. • BA/BS or equivalent in relevant discipline required. • Full competency in MS Office • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends, as necessary to support business partners located in PST time zone • Healthcare recruiting experience. • Experience with Workday highly desired. • Knowledgeable with employment laws and basic HR best practices.
