β’ The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. β’ This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. β’ The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
β’ Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience with-in healthcare. β’ BA/BS or equivalent in relevant discipline required. β’ Full competency in MS Office β’ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends, as necessary to support business partners located in PST time zone β’ Healthcare recruiting experience. β’ Experience with Workday highly desired. β’ Knowledgeable with employment laws and basic HR best practices.
