β€’ Own the product roadmap, gather product requirements, and translate customer needs into product capabilities through backlog grooming, rigorous prioritization, and collaboration. β€’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and establish product strategy. β€’ Partner with engineers and designers to define the scope and timing of development and deliver an exceptional product. β€’ Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, analyze data, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans. β€’ Work with stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and execution through excellent communication and planning. β€’ Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery to define new concepts and determine the customer needs to solve to drive growth for your product.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in a SaaS B2B environment. β€’ Experience translating product vision into actionable roadmaps. β€’ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Experience driving cross-functional teams to ship features on aggressive timelines. β€’ Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders to iterate on early concepts and conduct qualitative research. β€’ Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce is a plus. β€’ Experience or interest in working in athletics. β€’ Willing to travel to meet with customers, vendors, and partners.
