β’ Own the product roadmap, gather product requirements, and translate customer needs into product capabilities through backlog grooming, rigorous prioritization, and collaboration. β’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and establish product strategy. β’ Partner with engineers and designers to define the scope and timing of development and deliver an exceptional product. β’ Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, analyze data, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans. β’ Work with stakeholders on go-to-market strategy and execution through excellent communication and planning. β’ Conduct qualitative and quantitative discovery to define new concepts and determine the customer needs to solve to drive growth for your product.
β’ 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in a SaaS B2B environment. β’ Experience translating product vision into actionable roadmaps. β’ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β’ Experience driving cross-functional teams to ship features on aggressive timelines. β’ Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders to iterate on early concepts and conduct qualitative research. β’ Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce is a plus. β’ Experience or interest in working in athletics. β’ Willing to travel to meet with customers, vendors, and partners.
