Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Global HR Manager to join our team. • Responsible for leading the Human Resources function across our global operations. • Focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. • Your expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment will be instrumental in driving business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree in HR or a related field is an asset • 4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably in a global organization • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and employee relations management • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Proficiency in HR software systems • Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP or PHR) or a related field (preferred) • Experience working in a global organization with diverse cultures and languages (preferred) • Knowledge of global labor laws and regulations (preferred) • Experience managing teams or projects in an HR setting (preferred)
