Description

• Manage full cycle recruitment • Ensure high-touch positive client and candidate experience • Collaborate with TA leaders and business partners to develop and execute sourcing plans • Document requirements of job openings as required • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising positions • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers • Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of candidates • Conduct recruitment activities in compliance with regulatory requirements • Source applicants through various methods including job sites and online platforms • Post all eligible job openings • Manage all communication with candidates • Maintain working knowledge of recruiting, selection, and employment regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum of five (5) years related experience recruiting in a corporate environment • Experience with recruiting technical positions and utilizing web-based technology for sourcing candidates • Experience in candidate sourcing solutions • Proven ability to work with confidential material • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred • Experience with Workday HR information system and SharePoint preferred • Excellent communication skills with ability to work well with all levels of staff in a multicultural environment • Highly motivated and organized
