This includes sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. • Develop and Implement Strategies for Converting Contractors to Full-Time Employees: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and deploy creative gameplans to gain interest, create smooth transition plans, and build retention strategies. • Evaluate and Improve Conversion Tactics: A/B test employment models and recruitment strategies to determine an approach that yields improvements in contractor to full-time conversion rates. • Positive Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and well-informed about Foodsmart's culture, mission, and opportunities.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience for clinical roles • Experience with high volume recruitment, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience • Self-motivated with an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality • Excellent interpersonal communications skills to include influencing others and relationship management • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, displaying a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities. • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style • Proficient at using various recruitment tools and platforms (preferably Lever)
