• Must have portfolio • Agency experience preferred • Minimum 4-6 years experience in a related Copywriting role • Experience concepting and producing integrated advertising campaigns (e.g. Video, Paid and Organic Social, Display ads, Print, Web) • Experience with MS Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word; Understanding of tools and platforms in digital marketing and site development • Excellent campaign, headline, long copy, and general creative writing skills • Strong, proven conceptual ability • Analyze input and synthesize data into clear, actionable solutions that meet prospect and client goals • Excellent verbal communication skills for presenting analysis findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders • Must have portfolio • Agency experience preferred • Minimum 4-6 years experience in a related role • Proven track record of excellent design concepts • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Figma • Experience creating work for Display, Paid and Organic Social deliverables, including Meta, Tik Tok and other platforms • Motion Graphics / Animation skills • Has an eye for intuitive functionality, ease of use, and basic UX • User interface/experience design • Must have portfolio • Agency experience preferred • Minimum 5-6 years experience in a related role • Experience concepting and producing integrated advertising campaigns that span several mediums (e.g. Video, Paid and Organic Social, Display ads, Print, Web) • Strong conceptual, problem solving, and organizational skills • Develops concepts considering production parameters, needs and processes • Experience working in a wide range of media • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Figma
