• Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers • Write and post job descriptions • Source potential talent on LinkedIn and/or other online platforms • Manage recruiting data and reports • Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS • Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment • Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods • Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks • Support People & Culture team to onboard new hires • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work • Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process • Keep up-to-date with new technical trends and products in recruiting • Network with IT professionals and recruiters • Other projects as needed on the People & Culture team
• At least 5+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles • Experience with managing recruiting data and reports • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers) • Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates • Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects and understand their qualifications • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start-to-end
