β’ Responsible for onboarding new physicians based on client needs. β’ Negotiate costs with physicians within pre-established guidelines. β’ Maintenance of the physician panel. β’ Meet/exceed monthly recruiting targets. β’ Work with business leads to understand panel needs. β’ Identify areas to improve the panel and propose strategic resolutions. β’ Utilize search engines and job postings to locate potential physicians. β’ Onboarding new VA physicians including administrative tasks. β’ Obtain necessary paperwork and work with the Director of Operations.
β’ Federal or Veteran Affairs physician recruiting experience required. β’ Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties and terminology. β’ General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines. β’ Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, critical thinking, organizational skills, and time management skills. β’ Computer literacy and typing skills required. β’ Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set preferred.
