• Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Recruiter - Crypto - candidates need to be based in the US. • An ideal candidate will have contextual knowledge and technical skills for recruitment in our industry. • You will be the first person from our company they ever interact with. • Set the tone for the way we treat people and how we operate. • Recruit elite talent across all functions of the business. • Create and place job postings and other media to attract candidates. • Write technical and non-technical job descriptions. • Compose job offer letters. • Onboard new hires and coordinate their entry into their departments.
Requirements
• US Based • Minimum 4 years experience in Recruitment. • 2 years of experience in a similar role at an early-stage startup company or tech firms renowned for high recruitment standards. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience hiring for AI/web3/crypto technologies.
