Description

• Hire, train, and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives and Account Directors • Enhance the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member • Support your team throughout the sales cycle to secure and expand five- and six-figure accounts • Closely track and regularly report on team and individual performance metrics • Identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and productivity, and make recommendations • Collaborate with revenue operations, customer success, and marketing to ensure excellent and efficient sales performance • Engage with the largest strategic opportunities on your team, cultivating relationships with Decision Makers and Economic Sponsors at target accounts, helping the team win new customers • Support and coach sales representatives both within day to day execution, sales calls and customer communication, but contribute to larger strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years selling to SMB, Mid-Market, and enterprise organizations, preferably at a SaaS company • 2-4+ years sales leadership experience in a high-tech startup environment • Prior success leading a team while simultaneously contributing to the execution of deals in partnership with direct reports • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop a team from the ground up • Familiarity with SaaS sales processes and sales methodologies (BANT / MEDDICC) • Experience managing and optimizing full-cycle sales representative KPIs • Competency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
