📋 Description
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Manager - North with a deep understanding of the convenience and gas channels within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize brand visibility, sales, and distribution within these channels across our western region. • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and operational execution to drive growth and market penetration.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5 years experience in sales or account management within the convenience and/or gas channels. • 1-3 years of direct management experience. • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and retail distribution channels. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations. • Ability to travel 50-75%.
