Requirements

• You are obsessed with the needs of the users. • You have a background which gives you an understanding of payroll or HR, or both. • You have strong experience shipping product in a startup or scale up environments. • You can think deeply about product, design and engineering decisions. • You are extremely organised, pragmatic about getting things done. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high EQ. • You have a growth mindset, and an insatiable appetite for learning. • You have previously worked on a distributed team.
