• Support the People & Culture team by optimising our compensation model. • Create a comprehensive net income calculator for team members. • Analyse market data and internal pay structures to ensure salary benchmarks are met. • Recommend adjustments and improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. • Proven +4 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or similar role, with a solid understanding of compensation models and best practices. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to present data clearly and effectively. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
