• Bounteous x Accolite makes the future faster for the world's most ambitious brands. • Our services span Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Experience Design, and Marketing. • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a challenging and complex phase of our Salesforce project, with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations. • This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate high-stakes deliverables, oversee intricate integrations, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on critical objectives. • This individual will join the project at a pivotal stage, leading an established team through some of the most complex development and deployment efforts.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of project management experience in technology projects, with at least 5 years in managing Salesforce projects, specifically in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CRM integrations; experience managing projects with complex integration needs is essential. • Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through challenging and high-impact projects; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive team performance. • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement and issue resolution. • Problem Solving: demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions quickly, particularly in high-pressure environments. • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce Project Management certifications are highly desirable. • Salesforce Knowledge: Hands-on experience or certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is an advantage.
