Description

• Provide oversight and governance of engaged customer projects • Manage customer relationships to deliver on revenue growth, existing and new projects, and overall satisfaction • Be the key point of escalation for all delivery or customer concerns • Provide leadership support for all customer aligned project members, keeping everyone focused on customer outcomes as Xerris high bar for quality. • Oversee and manage portfolio financials (margin, burn rates, etc.) • Drive new business discovery and work with Practice Leads and Technology teams to develop and refine project estimates, pricing, and work with partner funding programs • Advocate for your customers internally and ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in the CRM pipeline to provide visibility and cross-sell opportunities with all practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams • Build and leverage relationships with all partner teams in the customer ecosystemFoster deeper relationships through marketing campaigns, thought leadership activities, and account references • Shape proposals and negotiate agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for clients • Contribute to business development and solutioning conversations across multiple markets and clients

Requirements

• Experience in account delivery/management in a consulting or professional services environment delivering outcomes-based project work for clients • Must have experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) processes and technologies • Strong expertise in building large B2C consumer websites focused on customer conversion • Experience managing large accounts • Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management • Experience delivering technology solutions • Ability to navigate complex programs and identify overall risks, roadblocks or constraints and provide mitigation strategies • Ability to qualify leads and build strategies on developing deals • Strong presentation skills, including preparing presentation materials such as sales proposals, client deliverables, and project status reports • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills • Ability to develop and nurture partner level relationships with both C-suite, executives and internal stakeholders • Collaboration mindset – working across practices, account teams and markets to achieve the best outcome for clients • Proven experience working with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, and ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
