• Lead our Client Services team, made up of our account management team (existing clients) and our account executive team (new business) • Define the future of Client Services and execute your vision • Excite and inspire team to do their best work • Recruit, train, and mentor the team as we grow • Be an active member of the agency leadership team • Work cross-departmentally to integrate best client services practices into our delivery process • Own and participate in client quarterly business review process • Mitigate client issues promptly and efficiently • Act as point of escalation for clients • Maintain account prioritization • Report on progress to agency leadership • Own creation and execution of project brief during sales to delivery handoff process; ensure delivery team is set up for success • Identify and define upsell opportunities and campaigns • Lead the team responding to new business • Track, report, and mitigate client satisfaction
• Proven leader of account management teams at digital agencies • Experience with web development projects is a MUST • Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills • Professional dinner guest • Deep sense of empathy and a commitment to integrity • Stellar written and verbal communication skills • Smart and like to get shit done • Not afraid to ask questions when unsure • Extremely detail-oriented • Can multitask with the best of 'em, meeting deadlines across multiple accounts • 10+ years of experience working at a digital agency
