β€’ Boxgreen is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive/Administrator who is highly driven and ready to join a fast-paced start-up environment to support our business structure as we grow! β€’ As a Corporate Sales Executive/Administrator, you'll be in charge of managing existing B2B accounts, maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and driving business opportunities, and handling day-to-day transactions. β€’ Drive corporate sales by presenting Boxgreens products and services (Corporate Gifts, Office Pantry, Vending Machines, Hotel Amenities) to new and existing clients. β€’ Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and manage client accounts across multiple industries. β€’ Coordinate corporate orders and assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and sampling activities. β€’ Handle client communications, including outreach emails, proposals, and recap presentations. β€’ Track sales performance and consistently meet/exceed targets. β€’ Oversee client receivables and ensure timely collections. β€’ Provide after-sales support and ensure seamless client experience. β€’ Manage administrative tasks, including managing sales reports, contract drafting, invoice generation, and POs. β€’ Follow up with relevant teams to resolve issues and provide status updates. β€’ Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in servicing of B2B clients or Corporate Account Management preferred. β€’ Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint. β€’ Empathetic towards customers and our fulfilment teams. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Possess good insight and business acumen. β€’ People-oriented and able to build rapport with stakeholders. β€’ Experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
