🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management • CPA or CPA in progress. • Minimum 3 years related experience in public accounting with a client facing role. • Minimum 3-5 years related experience in a family owned business, family enterprise, family office, multi-family office, or wealth management accounting environment catering to UHNW individuals • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting and customization within various ERP systems. • Experience with multiple entity accounting – some experience with Trusts (revocable, Irrevocable, Grantor, Non-Grantor), Single member LLCs, LPs, Partnerships Interests is preferred but not mandatory • Experience with Insurance renewals, bill pay (RAMP, Bill.com, Brex, Expensify and similar tools) • Experience using payroll platforms like ADP, Gusto and Paychex • Experience using QuickBooks, Intacct and NetSuite and/or other accounting packages. • Demonstrated leadership/supervisor experience, team management is a plus. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Able to work with multiple clients and projects concurrently. • Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables. • Knowledge of GAAP is preferred. • Not necessary, but good to have some exposure to real-estate closings, closing doc managements, rental property and rent tracking.
