• The Manager is responsible for leading a team of associate and senior associates. • The person in this role is accountable for driving the activities of the team. • This role leads overall day to day activities for their tower Record to Report (R2R). • Managers provide coaching to team members, along with supporting their development. • This role is expected to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. • Key Responsibilities include monitoring team's progress, providing mentorship and coaching, managing projects, and developing innovative solutions.
