β€’ Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve issues. β€’ Handle customer voice and email interactions with accuracy and efficiency. β€’ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using the most efficient resources. β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support.

Requirements

β€’ Proven call center or customer service experience preferred. β€’ Advanced English (B2 level or above). β€’ Full time availability to work On-site. β€’ Strong soft skills and communication skills. β€’ Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software. β€’ Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
