Requirements

• Native English speaker, Bilingual in English/Spanish a Must. • Excellent telephone etiquette skills. • Demonstrated effective organizational, time management, and communication skills. • Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information. • Proficient with technology, web-based applications, mobile applications, etc. • Prior Customer Service/Support experience. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM’s a plus.
