Our mission is to become the best in the world at empowering brands and organizations to engage in conversations that matter with people on their most important life journeys. • Across marketing, communications, innovation and consumer engagement technology, we provide transformative results for our clients. • Brado offers market research and strategy services, digital marketing services as well as an integrated consumer engagement technology solution. • We are currently looking to add a Vice President of Quantitative Insight to our Insight (Market Research) team. • The VP of Quantitative Insight will lead the the quantitative market research function and team at Brado, helping to build and maintain a quantitative market research capability at Brado that delivers will excellence for our clients. • The Quantitative Insight Vice President is responsible for seeing a bigger Brado picture and the way in which Insight serves Brado’s greater purpose. • They are responsible for client success, which includes understanding unmet needs and determining what is needed now and, in the future, to deliver against excellence, including designing, supporting, and driving innovation. • The Quantitative Insight Vice President effectively executes projects, serving as a subject matter expert working with another Quant or Qual Strategist or as a solo Strategist. • They ensure Brado delivers success on the current project as well as builds a deep, sustaining relationship with the client. • They mentor strategists, helping them move from research to strategy. • They innovate the research processes and train others on frameworks, constructs, tools, and approaches to deepen Brado’s strategic expertise. • They possess deep domain expertise (e.g., oncology, medical device, vaccines, etc.) that they infuse in projects and distill throughout the organization.

Some regular travel to St. Louis for leadership meetings will be needed in addition to client related travel (likely each quarter).
