📋 Description
• Drive strategic collaborations that accelerate growth of Loans portfolio and other financial products. • Identify, onboard, and manage partners to drive loan disbursement growth. • Build a strong pipeline of potential partners and ensure smooth onboarding and activation processes. • Track and analyze partner performance for maximum efficiency and ROI. • Work closely with teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in fintech and lending.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within fintech, banking, NBFCs, or financial services. • Strong connections in the lending ecosystem, especially with DSAs, aggregators, loan aggregators and fintech players. • Proven ability to negotiate and structure high-impact partnerships. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to execution, with a results-driven mindset. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus
