β€’ Are you a data-driven and creative Demand Generation expert with excellent communication skills who thrives on building, testing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns? β€’ The vision for BrandBastion was born from seeing how major brands struggled to manage their social media presence at scale while maintaining authenticity. β€’ You'll be at the heart of our growth efforts, driving lead generation, managing paid media, creating engaging content, and running multi-channel campaigns. β€’ Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects. β€’ Own our paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels. β€’ Collaborate with sales to develop outbound prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth. β€’ Maximize every lead through a mix of email, paid retargeting, and automation to keep prospects engaged. β€’ Measure campaign impact on pipeline and revenue, ensuring marketing spend drives business growth. β€’ Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, running multi-channel campaigns that drive growth. β€’ Works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive aligned strategies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of proven track record of leading demand generation campaigns in a SaaS startup or scale-up. β€’ Experience scaling inbound marketing through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content. β€’ Strong understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies. β€’ Expertise in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.). β€’ Data analysis and conversion rate optimization skills. β€’ Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot). β€’ Bonus: Experience using sales intelligence and outreach tools (We use ZoomInfo, Clay, and Lemlist).
