• Are you a data-driven and creative Demand Generation expert with excellent communication skills who thrives on building, testing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns? • The vision for BrandBastion was born from seeing how major brands struggled to manage their social media presence at scale while maintaining authenticity. • You'll be at the heart of our growth efforts, driving lead generation, managing paid media, creating engaging content, and running multi-channel campaigns. • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects. • Own our paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels. • Collaborate with sales to develop outbound prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth. • Maximize every lead through a mix of email, paid retargeting, and automation to keep prospects engaged. • Measure campaign impact on pipeline and revenue, ensuring marketing spend drives business growth. • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, running multi-channel campaigns that drive growth. • Works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive aligned strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of proven track record of leading demand generation campaigns in a SaaS startup or scale-up. • Experience scaling inbound marketing through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content. • Strong understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies. • Expertise in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.). • Data analysis and conversion rate optimization skills. • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot). • Bonus: Experience using sales intelligence and outreach tools (We use ZoomInfo, Clay, and Lemlist).
