Description
• We have up to 20 - 30 inbound calls per day for website development projects, website edits and re-designs. • We design, almost exclusively in WordPress. • We need someone experienced in inside sales and WordPress, preferably to: • Answer the call • Qualify the lead • Engage the potential client and understand their scope of work • Then input the info into our lead management system. • Hopefully over time, the ideal candidate will be able to close deals for us. • We are flexible on work hours and work arrangements -- pay per call, pay per hour, etc. • We are located in the Pacific Time (PST) zone, although, we receive calls from all over the US from approximately 5am - 5pm PST.
Requirements
• 2-3 years experience in inside sales preferred • Knowledge of WordPress a plus • Good analytical skills • Great communicator • Organized
