• Brandlive is a webinar and video broadcasting platform. • The Motion Designer creates and executes motion graphics and animation. • Collaborates with the creative team and ensures brand consistency. • Develops show graphics packages and integrates motion graphics into video footage. • Incorporates feedback from team members and maintains motion graphic assets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating animation and design skills. • Familiarity with video production workflows and techniques. • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant motion design software. • Knowledge of 3D motion tools a plus. • Explorations in Generative AI a plus. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with different teams. • Familiarity with Figma and using SyncSketch, Frame.io, or Vimeo for content review. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all designs are polished and professional. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Understanding the importance of file management, being meticulous with file naming and keeping cloud folders up to date. • Adaptable with a can-do agile attitude.
