Description

• A Technical Consultant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a SyteLine developer, is sought to provide billable services supporting the SyteLine system for our customers. • The primary responsibility of the Technical Consultant includes delivering services to customers through a diverse range of activities, such as requirements gathering, analysis, formulating solutions to business issues, documenting specifications, estimating projects, development, testing, debugging, and ensuring successful project delivery to the customer. • The role may necessitate travel, as determined by Management, for reasons such as onsite customer work, internal meetings, customer meetings, and sales support.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, encompassing T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services • A degree in a technical discipline is preferred • Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems • Previous consulting experience is advantageous • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellence • Self-motivated with a willingness to seek assistance when needed • High standards for work quality and personal accountability • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines • High energy level with a persistent attitude
