• As a Customer Service Agent at BrickBrands, your main responsibility is to ensure the protection of the brands on all forms of social media. • Gaining experience in managing customers' queries and concerns in a professional manner. • Ensure the protection of brands from harmful content on various social media platforms. • You will be trained and have experience in communicating effectively with customers. • Analyzing information, conducting content moderation, and ensuring a safe experience for all businesses and individuals around the world. • Responding to potential customers via chat, email, or direct messages. • Use our online platform to monitor and engage with content seen all across social media platforms. • Filter out discussions and mentions of the client across various platforms. • Rapidly identify any online communication, whether it’s a plain text or a meme. • Understand brand policies and guidelines, to effectively analyze information. • Ensure the safety of the brand and the online community.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent • A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam • General knowledge and interest in various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, etc) • A good working home environment with a stable internet connection • Must have experience in content moderation, marketing, or social media management • Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus! • Has an interest and is well-versed in the Beauty industry • Having experience working in the Beauty Industry is a plus! • The ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule, and be flexible to work on weekends. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. • Additional languages are a PLUS!
