📋 Description

•VirtueStaff is looking for a friendly and dedicated Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. •In this dual-role position, you will provide exceptional customer service while also assisting with administrative tasks to support operations. •Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience. •Assist customers with their questions, issues, and order processing in a timely and efficient manner. •Manage virtual administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and documentation. •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues. •Conduct research and gather information as needed to support customer requests. •Collaborate with team members to improve customer service practices and enhance overall client experience. •Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency. •Help with social media and marketing tasks when required.
