Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role β€’ Proven track record in growth marketing and customer acquisition, particularly in direct-to-consumer campaigns β€’ Proven experience driving results across multiple startup companies, successfully contributing to revenue growth in the $20-30+ million range through effective marketing strategies. β€’ Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools β€’ Expertise in paid search, social media advertising, and performance marketing β€’ Demonstrated success in developing and managing creative pipelines for digital ads β€’ Experience working with external partners and managing vendor relationships β€’ Managing a marketing budget of a minimum of $250k per month β€’ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment β€’ Experience in health-tech, telemedicine, or related industries is strongly preferred β€’ Knowledge of telemedicine regulations is a plus β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
