Description

• Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies across software and service offerings. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams. • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. • Oversee the creation of content to educate target audiences and support the buyer’s journey. • Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. • Develop tools, presentations, case studies, and training to enable the Sales team. • Collaborate with the Web team to ensure messaging alignment. • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to design campaigns. • Build and refine detailed buyer personas and gather customer insights. • Identify and nurture relationships with key customers to drive testimonials and referrals. • Track and measure the success of product marketing initiatives and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience in the regulatory compliance or related industry. • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and scaling product marketing strategies, with a track record of successfully launching and positioning products in competitive markets. • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing strategies and make informed decisions. • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging. • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence various stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams.
