Description

• As a UX/UI Designer at Brightscout, you will be instrumental in shaping visually stunning and highly functional interfaces for our diverse digital projects. • This role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who excels at understanding user needs and crafting aesthetically appealing designs. • Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions. • Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. • Analyze user feedback and analytics to refine and optimize designs. • Utilize design thinking methodologies to empathize with users, define pain points, ideate solutions, prototype, and test designs. • Design user interfaces that ensure a seamless experience across all platforms. • Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications. • Develop visual elements such as icons, graphics, and animations that enhance the interface. • Ensure design consistency and coherence across multiple projects while adhering to brand guidelines. • Work in tandem with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions effectively. • Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on design progress and receive feedback for iterative improvement. • Understand and translate both technical and non-technical requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency setting. • A strong portfolio demonstrating both user-centered and visually appealing design approaches. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Adobe Creative Suite. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, for closer collaboration with developers. • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationales to team members and clients. • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends. • Openness to constructive criticism and ability to iteratively improve designs based on feedback. • Empathy, collaboration, and commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
