• Understanding Requirements and Estimation • Develop project proposals based on client requirements • Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to collect and assess user requirements • Assist in commercial calls alongside the sales team • Act as a facilitator in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions • Use socio-demographic and behavioral profiling tools • Lead or participate in kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and feedback reviews • Conduct interviews to gather critical insights • Work effectively within team settings to transform ideas into designs • Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Conduct UX/UI audits, improve existing interfaces • Lead the design of product revamps, feature definition • Create storyboards, sitemaps, flowcharts, and ecosystem maps • Prepare presentations and client demos • Lead the design and execution of usability tests

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years in product design • 5+ years in UX/UI design or a similar role • Proficiency in design/prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise with user-centric case studies and examples of design thinking • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design • Advanced level English proficiency • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles is a plus
