• Manage development of emerging product while inspiring team and aligning with company vision • Spend 30% of time writing code (Swift and Kotlin) • Offer technical guidance and experience through architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practices • Work closely with teams to deliver projects on time, identifying risks and implementing strategies • Identify and implement improvements in engineering processes, tools, and architecture • Champion engineering team and influence continuous improvement through mentoring and metrics • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on coding experience and architectural design • 3+ years of experience managing distributed software engineering teams • Knowledge of native mobile (iOS and Android) development • Experience with web (TypeScript and React) and cross-platform development (React Native and Flutter) • Proven ability to deliver complex projects spanning months of development • Experience coaching and mentoring individuals at various stages of the experience spectrum
