• Join the team shaping the future of healthcare! • MedBridge is a dynamic software company working with the country’s largest healthcare providers to build technology solutions helping patients get better faster, while decreasing the overall cost of care • Work on the Care Team who is building the future of musculoskeletal health as a part of our new Pathways product • Recruit, hire, and mentor high performing teams of Software Engineers to improve skills and effectiveness. • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring completion on time and within scope • Build strong relationships with team members and across functions • Enhance team efficiency and product quality by refining engineering processes and following best practices • Ensure alignment with the overall technical strategy and architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role • Strong background and technical capabilities in SaaS architectures with expertise building web services and in-depth knowledge of relational databases • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with users, product management, and leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy • Ability to break down complex projects into smaller pieces and lead the iterative design and implementation process
