• The Director of Sales and Workforce Analytics leads the workforce optimization and analysis functions. • Drive revenue and efficiency across the sales organization, including workforce planning and optimization, sales performance analysis and system enhancements. • Lead the Sales Analytics Team to provide timely and accurate data on sales performance to all relevant stakeholders across the business. • Ensure the business is maximizing efficiencies in scheduling and productivity while positively supporting the customer journey and employee experience. • Develop and manage key customer operations initiatives, fostering a sales culture of excellence.
