β’ The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. β’ Manage a team of sales professionals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. β’ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. β’ Manage key client relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services. β’ Monitor sales performance, provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity. β’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of the insurance division with other business lines.
