• About Brillio: • Brillio is one of the fastest growing digital technology service providers and a partner of choice for many Fortune 1000 companies. • Brillio, renowned for its world-class professionals, referred to as "Brillians", distinguishes itself through their capacity to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge digital and design thinking skills with an unwavering dedication to client satisfaction. • Brillio takes pride in its status as an employer of choice, consistently attracting exceptional individuals due to its commitment to innovative technologies and exclusive projects. • We seek an experienced Architect that will serve as a pivotal technical liaison, crafting bespoke solutions that address our clients' unique challenges. • You will leverage knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Analytics and the GCP product domain to deliver complex analytical solutions. • Design robust GA4 & GTM solutions and implementations tailored to UMG client business objectives and fan behaviour tracking. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, Paid Media, eCommerce and Data teams to define tracking requirements. • Lead the design and implementation across cross-platform tracking including eCommerce, campaign, third-party social and consent management tools. • Oversee the technical vision and management of GTM and GA4 data collection. • Lead the integration of data collection strategies ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions across digital touchpoints. • Provide expert guidance on efficient and scalable tag implementation. • Integrate GTM with other web digital products and third-party platforms. • Audit existing implementations to identify and resolve data gaps or inefficiencies. • Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and workshops on GA4/GTM best practices. • Develop comprehensive documentation to support the adoption of Google Analytics platforms across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Over 7 years of experience in technology solutions, data analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Search Console and GCP products). • Deep expertise in tagging methodologies, pixel management and event-based tracking. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom tracking and tagging implementations. • Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies, optimizing data flows, and implementing scalable solutions to improve analytics infrastructure. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. • Google certifications (Google Developer Certification). • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on analytics and customer journey tracking. • Music or entertainment industry experience
