🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field • 5+ years of experience working in a client facing role within the SaaS space • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in the P&C space • 3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients • 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup • 2+ years of hands-on experience working on implementations • Hands on experience with MySQL and /or experience coding in Python • Proven experience of managing customer relationships, setting expectations, and persuading customer engagement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
