📋 Description
• Solo enables companies to Connect, Secure and Observe modern applications with Gloo. • The Senior Customer Success Engineer helps companies learn, adopt, and scale their applications. • Works with customers for advocacy, onboarding, adoption, retention and growth. • Provide daily guidance to existing customers, monitor and respond to inquiries. • Develop strong relationships with customers and teams. • Troubleshoot and solve complex situations collaborating with Developers and Field Engineers. • Actively engage with the Solo.io community and foster adoption and contributions.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years debugging, networking, cloud tooling and system administration experience. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, API gateways, Istio, and cloud-native applications • Familiarity with technologies like Envoy and GraphQL is a plus • Working knowledge of Go, Java, Node.js or related, modern programming language. • Strong ability to dig into code to troubleshoot. • Ability to manage stressful situations with calm professionalism, empathy, and compassion. • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. • Must be self motivated and have the ability to work well remotely
