📋 Description
• Own customer Engineering relationships • Be onsite at customers several times per week • Drive best-in-class technical support at assigned customers • Work closely with Broadcom and customer Engineering during product definition, development, and into production • Help drive completion of customer RFPs and RFQs • Conduct product presentations and demos to customers
🎯 Requirements
• BSEE or equivalent technical degree • Minimum 8 years relevant experience • Deep understanding of WiFi technologies and relevant industry standards • Strong hands-on experience with both software and hardware aspects of WLAN systems • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proven ability to drive product solutions in close collaboration with engineering, development, and business teams • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-oriented approach to technical support
