• Temporary full-time position • Start date: October 7, 2024 OR October 21, 2024 • End Date: January 3, 2025 • Provide expert product knowledge and support to runners • Support website, marketing, events, and retail partners • Evaluate product issues and provide solutions for runners • Gather data for improvement in customer experience • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements

• Available to work 40 hours a week from October 7, 2024 or October 21, 2024 to January 3, 2025 • Associates degree or 1+ years customer service experience required • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media • Accuracy in typing (60 wpm), spelling and grammar • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude • Ability to learn various business systems • Ability to manage adverse situations positively • Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as with a team • Excellent interpersonal skills • Keen attention to detail • Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers • Ability to quickly analyze the details of a situation and provide solutions • Demonstration of innovation and initiative • Ability to understand and empathize with the runner
