Description

• Mudflap serves the $800B trucking industry, the backbone of the U.S. economy. • Our product helps truckers save thousands on fuel while providing our fuel stop partners access to new customers. • We’re looking for a customer-obsessed teammate to join our Customer Support Team. • Customer Support is one of THE most important roles at the company. • You will answer calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers with making fuel purchases and navigating the product.

Requirements

• 2+ years prior experience in remote customer support role within fintech or tech start up environments • Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred • Experience using customer support tools and platforms (example: Zendesk or similar ticketing system) • Prior experience working on projects or process improvement initiatives • A true passion for customers and delivering the best possible service • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written • You are energetic, self-motivated, self-starting, and self-assured • You are a multitasker with a high sense of urgency • You love fast-paced environments with an “all hands on deck” approach • You’re humble and eager to learn with a no-task-too-small mindset • You enjoy using your sleuthing skills to problem solve on behalf of customers
