Description

• The key focus for Tech recruiters will be to understand the Engineering talent landscape in the SaaS/Product organizations in the Indian market • Cultivate the relationship with potential candidates • Generate active candidate pipelines to meet the hiring goals • Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers • Provide high touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process • Conduct career, growth & compensation conversations with shortlisted candidates • Accurately maintaining, tracking, and reporting on recruitment metrics

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in a corporate environment • Strong Engineering Talent Landscape Knowledge • Knowledge of the tech ecosystem in India and abroad • Fair understanding of comp structure, ESOPs, RSUs • Experienced in direct sourcing - LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc. • Great organization skills: Ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and stay on top of all issues
