Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via Help Scout and over the phone. • Assist with processing orders in Shopify and handle returns management. • Share responsibility for managing customer reviews. • Question existing structures and processes to improve customer service. • Play a key role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction at BRUNA.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience in Customer Happiness or a similar role. • Known for helpfulness, friendliness, and empathetic responses to inquiries. • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus. • Ability to work independently, diligently, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
