• This is a remote position. • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM Santa Margarita, CA Time • Independent Contractor Perks
🎯 Requirements
• Full life cycle recruiting of technical hires • 5+ years of successful track-record as a Recruiter recruiting for Information Technology professionals • Must have prior Agency Staffing experience • Proven success sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to find common ground in negotiations • Expert use of various job boards, social networking sites, blogs, etc. • Able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment • Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies • Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description • Able to generate candidate interest in our customer requirements creatively and convincingly • Out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and execute searches for niche technical skills • Thoroughly evaluate technical candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements • Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through our process • Work with sales team on a daily basis to provide impeccable customer service • Coordinate interview schedules with appropriate personnel
